Generalities

First Impressions (Score: 17/20):
The first thing I thought about the forum was 'wow, this thing is really dark'. However, the darkness if pretty attractive in my opinion. The red and dark color scheme is a suiting theme to have for a forum of your forum's nature: gaming. You have a great banner, a nice little touch of Christmas spirit (considering the small flash image at the top-left of the forum index), a theme that contributes well with the forum, a nice amount of categories and discussion forums, and a moderate outlook. On the other hand, there are a few problems that I'm seeing. On the scrolling announcements at the top of the forum, you have one sentence that doesn't even make sense in a grammatic aspect: 'Please Check out The Announcement located here'. First of all, un-capitalize 'The' and 'Announcement. Second of all, try to make the sentence make sense; something like this would be better than what you currently have: 'Please check out the latest, earth-shattering announcements here!' (hence I fixed the capitalization problem as well as added a bit of emphasis to the sentence. Another problem that you have is the last widget that you have on the sidebar. Considering my screen resolution, the last widget that you have on the sidebar is spreading the width of the forum a little; and I have to scroll to the left and right to view the rest of the forum. If I were you, I would fix up that widget by making it the same width as your other widgets as well as fixing up the appearance of it... you have everything messed up at the moment. Other than all of that, your forum's appearance (depending on my first impressions of the forum index) is quite nice and attractive. There's nothing much else for me to say that is releveant to this criteria; so, good job.
Categories & Forums (Score: 7/10):
It seems that you have a little bit too many discussion forums. Also, there are several other problems with your categories and discussion forums that I see as well. My first suggestion would be to attach the Graphics category to the General category, and then minimize the entire Graphics section in one discussion forum (in which is attached to the General category) called 'Graphic Design'. After doing that, I would also suggest that you combine the Open Clan Discussion discussion forum with the Off Topic discussion forums since they are both pretty much the same thing. Once you do that, then the Off Topic category should be removed since it has no use in your forum's categories and discussion forums. If/when you are finished doing all of that, the General section should look a little something like this:

One more thing that I would like that I find as a problem for this criteria would be your forum descriptions in your discussion forums. Some of them have capitalized letters for each word, whilst the others are just plain. For instance, in the Challenge Us forum description, 'This Forum Will Allow U To Make Matches With Us.', is really messed up. 1. It isn't grammatically correct. 2. All letters in the beginning of each word are capitalized; unprofessional. 3. You used 'U' instead of the actual word 'you'. The correct forum description for that discussion forum should be a little something like this: 'In this forum, we allow you to create matches with us.[/b]' So, try getting all of the forum descriptions fixed as well as the General section, and then you'll be pretty much set straight-forward for the categories and discussion forums criteria.

Forum Style

Major Graphics (Score: 7/10):
Banner
Very, very nice. I wouldn't say that it is perfect, but I will say that whoever made it definitely did a very great job of creating it. The render (or whatever you used to make that in the background) looks pretty cool from my perspective. I also like the font, it fits the general theme of the forum. And the best thing that I like about it is how the color contributes to the color scheme of the forum. Brilliant score for your banner.
Navigation Bar
I like it, and it matches the theme. But in another point of view, I don't like it; I like it 50/50. It seems a little too basic and, well... small. I'd recommend that you get a navigation bar that's a bit more bigger and wider, but not too big and wide. Also, have it based more around a red and dark gray color scheme - not a regular gray color scheme. Furthermore, the navigation bar is still pretty suiting and nice; but, I still say that you should get a larger, darker, and more of a red navigation bar so that it can fit with the forum 100%.
Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 10/10):
The forum layout is slick and very attractive for those who are fans of more of a darkish, red theme and color scheme. It's been proven that miscellaneous-type forums (such as gaming forums, some general discussion forums, roleplay forums, music forums, etc.), similar to your forum, are more perferred for a dark theme and a dark-colored theme and color scheme - and that a general-type forum (such as some general discussion forums, advertising forums, support forums, etc.) are more preferred for more of a light-colored theme and color scheme. Your forum layout and color scheme is obviously a miscellaneous-type layout and color scheme, and coincidently, your forum is a miscellaneous-type forum. So, I'll give you a perfect score for this criteria. Nice job on picking a wonderful theme, bud.
Images & Icons (Score: 7/10):
I think your forum icons are default on that Godmakers theme that you have forum your forum, right? They are really nice forum icons, and they match the forum layout well, but I think that you should be original and make some other forum icons - forum icons that are red and match the red/dark gray color scheme. The way I see it, if you made forum icons that were a little bit red and dark gray, then it would brighten up the appearance of your forum index. With forum icons that have only a dark gray color, the middle of your forum index seems to be a bit too dark... so, it would look a little bit more professional and brighter if you had forum icons that are red and a small amount of dark gray color. Alternately, the forum icons are still pretty good to have on your forum in the meantime, but if you want to be a little more brighter, then I'd recommend having red icons instead of just a plain gray color. The WhoisOnline? is simple and space-compatible. It doesn't take up much space in the forum, and it's not one of those massively large, useless buttons that seem to take up almost all of the footer.

Usergroups

Population of Groups (Score: 10/10):
In total, you have 7 usergroups. As I sit and think about them a while, I'd say that you have a decent amount of usergroups. However, one of the your usergroups that's called 'Bravo & Hostile Squad' seems to have a very similar color to your Moderators usergroup. Make one of them a seperate color than the others. Otherwise, your forum's members would be terribly confused on what users belong into which selected usergroup. Other than that, you have a great amount of usergroups - you didn't overpopulate or overbalance the usergoups, and you can't everything simple... and that's something that I positively look for in all forums in which have usergroups.
The Usergroups in General (Score: 8/10):
Um, what ever happened to the Administration staff group? Did it like disappear? I think you should make a visible Administration staff group so that your forum's members would note which users are the forum's administration team. Now, usually, I would just sit here and discuss about each and every single one of your usergroups whilst giving informative advice on what you should do for each of them; however, it seems that they are all obviously related to 'clans', or whatever you want to call them... so, I'll jut go ahead and pass.

If I were you, I would send out daily inactive notification emails as well as weekly forum announcement emails. Overall, you should definitely keep some activity flowing throughout your forum as well as getting some new forum icons. Fix up the minor problems that you have on your forum that I've stated in this forum review, and you will then be pretty much set.
The best thing I like about your forum:
Definitely the banner... it's very original, and it matches the forum layout and color scheme precisely.
