New Rules for Practices Empty

These are the new rules for Practices so far.

-Practices willl be held on Tuesdays at 8:00 EST and Saturdays at 9:00 EST
-You can schedule an official Clan practice at anytime, but here is what you must have

At Least 4 people.
Permission from a Squad Captain or Me (U can text me at 267-506-9226
After the practice you must post an announcement telling how it goes.
Their must be a at least one Captain in attendance
