Squad forums set up.

So, ive finally got em up and running, the squad captains can post the necessary stuff in it, Pm me and ill Make anything u want an announcement or sticky. Also, some of you may have noticed some forums say 2 or 3 Open spots. These Squads have less than the particular amount of leaders and are looking for Leaders.
